Resistance Welding for Metal Filters

We perform spot welding on metallic materials, stainless steel, and brass, with thicknesses ranging from 0.1 mm to 3/4 mm.
Resistance welding is a fast and efficient solution for joining metal components, including wire mesh filters and expanded or perforated sheet metal. It is ideal for high-volume serial production, providing high mechanical strength while reducing assembly time, particularly useful in high-productivity industrial environments.

Spot Welding
We perform spot welding on ferrous metals, stainless steel, brass, and aluminum, with thicknesses ranging from approximately 0.1 mm to 5 mm.

Continuous Welding
This process is achieved in two different ways:
• for very thin thicknesses from 0.05 mm to 0.5 mm, through rollers
• for greater thicknesses, the same welding is carried out using closely spaced linear spot welds
