Calendering

We specialize in calendering, a process in which materials are shaped using rollers that apply mutual pressure. This allows us to produce wrapped cylinders with very small diameters, starting from 5 mm, while also accommodating significant lengths.
We can calender metal meshes, expanded sheets, and solid sheets with thicknesses up to 2 mm, creating cylindrical or conical shapes with precision, uniformity, and consistent quality.
